Your first visit is focused entirely on you — your concerns, your history, and your goals. Dr. Pan is a prosthodontist with advanced training in complex, comprehensive care. Your appointment is about 90 minutes, with dedicated time spent one-on-one with her.
We’ll start by reviewing your dental history and taking any necessary digital images, including x-rays and clinical photos. Dr. Pan will then complete a full evaluation and review her findings with you.
If treatment is needed, she’ll explain your options and answer any questions so you feel comfortable moving forward.
Your time is fully reserved for you — no double-booking, no rushing, and a calm, supportive environment from start to finish.
We are a fee-for-service prosthodontic practice and are not in-network with dental insurance plans. This allows us to focus on providing personalized, high-quality care.
Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, check, debit cards, and all major credit cards. A 3% surcharge will be added to all credit card transactions. No surcharge applies to cash or debit card payments.
If you have dental insurance, you may still be eligible for reimbursement. We’ll provide all the paperwork and claim information you need to submit to your insurance company. Any reimbursement is determined by your plan and is sent directly to you.

We offer flexible financing options through CareCredit, Proceed Finance, Klarna, and Affirm to provide additional payment flexibility, allowing you to pay for treatment in monthly installments.
