Dr. Jennifer Pan grew up in Greensboro, NC, and always knew she wanted to combine science with artistry. After earning her bachelor’s in Public Health at the University of NC at Chapel Hill, she continued her education at ECU School of Medicine and earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree.
But Dr. Pan wanted to go further. She moved to San Francisco to complete a three-year prosthodontic residency at UCSF, paired with clinical training at the San Francisco VA. Those three years focused on the skills general dentists refer out: planning and executing complex full-mouth rehabilitations, designing precise implant restorations, and creating dental work that looks and functions like natural teeth.
Dr. Pan brings her eye for detail, gentle touch, modern technology, and deep understanding of the mouth, teeth, and gums to every patient she sees.
After graduation, Dr. Pan returned to North Carolina, settling in Wilmington to marry her dental school sweetheart. Together, they’re raising their son and daughter in the community they love.
Wilmington isn’t just where Dr. Pan practices. It’s home. She chose this coastal community for its warmth, character, and tight-knit feel.
When she’s not in the office, you can find her golfing, kayaking, playing beach volleyball, and trying new restaurants. She also makes time to give back to the community she loves.
That connection to the community shows in how she runs her practice: personal, intentional, and rooted in relationships.

Dr. Pan completes much of the lab work in-office for precision and efficiency, and partners with a trusted dental lab when needed for specialized cases.
Tiffany is a Wilmington native who graduated from the dental assisting program at Cape Fear Community College and has over nine years of experience at a dental laboratory. Her hands-on lab background gives her a unique perspective on patient care. She can picture the final result before treatment even begins. When she’s not in the office, she loves spending time with her animals and listening to murder mystery podcasts.
Tamarra brings a warm, personal touch to every patient interaction. Her love of building relationships with patients is clear from your very first call. When she’s not at the office, you’ll find her at the beach, traveling, or enjoying live music with her family.
Dr. Pan gives lectures each year to the local hygiene school at Cape Fear Community College. As a prosthodontic resident, she also gave seminars to predoctoral students at the University of California, San Francisco, where she received her advanced training.
Dr. Pan works with local general dentists on complex restorations and reconstructions. Together, we help our community feel better, smile more, and live more comfortably. She accepts new patients and referrals.
Our team ran the Tri-Mindfulness 5k to support Lower Cape Fear Lifecare, our local nonprofit hospice center in Wilmington, NC. We plan to support a different organization each year. This is just the start.
