Financial Policy

Dr. Pan is committed to providing you with the highest quality of care. Our fees reflect the quality of materials we use, the time, effort and expertise provided to our patients. Payment is expected at the time of service.  Our office does not accept dental insurance. We are happy to provide you with the information needed to file your dental insurance claims. We can discuss financial questions during your treatment consult.  Any follow up with the insurance company will be the patient’s responsibility. Your dental insurance policy is a contract between you and your insurance company and we cannot guarantee your reimbursement from your dental insurance. You will be informed of costs prior to your appointment for treatment. 

Cash, check, VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover are accepted as forms of payment. We have also partnered with a third-party company (CareCredit) to offer the flexibility of extended payment options.
